1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChartNox (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and all applicable laws, including relevant Israeli laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ChartNox provides AI-assisted chart analysis, market data views, and related tools. Features may evolve and change from time to time.

3. Use of Service

  • You must be 18+ to use the Service.
  • Do not misuse the Service (e.g., abuse rate limits, attempt to access unauthorized data).
  • Outputs are informational only and not financial advice.
  • You are responsible for complying with Israeli law when applicable, including export controls and sanctions rules.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Prices may change with notice. Payments are processed by trusted providers; taxes may apply. You may cancel at any time via your account; statutory consumer rights under Israeli law remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including content, UI, and code, is owned by ChartNox or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant ChartNox a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive license to process that content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload such content.

8. Third-Party Services and No Responsibility

We may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., TradingView, market data APIs, payment processors such as Stripe, Oxapay, PayPal, authentication providers, and others). Their terms and policies apply when you use their features.

We are not responsible for anything that may occur in connection with any third-party service, including but not limited to: payment failures, disputes, chargebacks, or fraud; data inaccuracies or unavailability; service outages or security incidents; breaches of third-party terms; or any loss, damage, claim, or lawsuit arising from your or a third party's use of such services. Any such issues are solely between you and the relevant third-party provider.

9. Disclaimers and Risk Warnings

No Guarantees or Warranties: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

AI Analysis Limitations: All chart analyses, trading signals, recommendations, and insights generated by our AI are for educational and informational purposes only. They are NOT financial, investment, or trading advice. The AI may make errors, misinterpret data, or provide incomplete analysis. Market conditions change rapidly, and no AI or human analysis can guarantee future price movements or trading outcomes.

Trading and Investment Risks: Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss, including the possibility of losing your entire investment. Past performance, whether real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. Markets are volatile and unpredictable. You may lose money even when following analysis that appears accurate or promising.

No Liability for Trading Decisions: ChartNox, its operators, employees, and affiliates are NOT responsible for any losses, damages, or negative consequences resulting from:

  • Your use of or reliance on any analysis, signals, or recommendations provided by the Service
  • Any trading or investment decisions you make based on the Service
  • Market volatility, technical failures, or unexpected events
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the analysis or data
  • Delays or interruptions in service availability

Your Sole Responsibility: You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions
  • You will conduct your own independent research and due diligence
  • You will consult with qualified financial advisors before making significant investment decisions
  • You will never invest more than you can afford to lose
  • You understand that trading is inherently risky and losses are possible
  • You will not hold ChartNox liable for any trading outcomes

Regulatory Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit trading in certain financial instruments. ChartNox does not provide legal or regulatory advice.

Third-Party Data: We may use data from third-party providers (e.g., TradingView, market data APIs). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data. Delays, errors, or omissions in third-party data may affect analysis quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • ChartNox, its operators, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits or revenue; loss of data; or any other loss or damage arising from or related to your use of the Service, third-party services, or any decisions or actions you take in reliance on the Service.
  • We are not responsible for any claims, lawsuits, or demands brought by you or any third party that arise from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any content you submit.
  • In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10a. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChartNox, its operators, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or any law; (c) your violation of any third-party right; (d) any content you upload or submit; or (e) any dispute between you and a third party (including other users or payment providers). We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.

11. No Responsibility for Outcomes

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any outcome, result, loss, gain, or consequence that may occur from using the Service or any third-party product or service. Nothing in these Terms or on the Service constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and for seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; certain sections survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be the competent courts in Tel Aviv‑Yafo, Israel.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
